Any change in subscription prices will be communicated to You reasonably in advance by the Company so that You may cancel Your subscription before the change takes effect.

You agree to pay the revised Subscription fee amount if you continue to use the Service after the change in fees takes effect.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. If you have issues, feel free to contact us and we will work through to troubleshoot the issue.

 

Promotions

AAny promotions that are offered via the service can be subject to regulations other than these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

If you fail to finish your assignments or do not show up for classes within one week (working days) without prior notice, you will be recorded as a permanent termination for the live class. You will only be able to access recorded classes after that with monthly updates for life time access.

We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if You violate these Terms and Conditions, to immediately terminate or suspend Your Account without prior warning or liability.

We retain the right to instantly terminate or suspend Your Account without prior notice or obligation, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website.
